If you need to cancel your session, you can do so through the link at the bottom of your session confirmation email or by sending me an email directly. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiting that session. This policy ensures I can dedicate my time and attention effectively to all clients.

All coaching sessions are conducted via phone for tracking purposes. However, if you need the session call to be made through WhatsApp due to international calling charges, please send me an email with your request in writing. This ensures proper documentation and allows us to accommodate your needs effectively.
